Privacy notice
Thank you for visiting BIG DADDY Nail Salon. We care about your personal data and handle it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains, in short, what we keep and why.
What we keep
Your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), birthday (members only), notes you write for us, and your visits (date, store, nail technician, services and amount).
Why
- To run the queue and bookings and to send you SMS or email updates about your turn.
- To keep a simple visit history so we can serve you better, and for our own statistics and accounts.
- Only if you agree (members, or the "keep my details" box): rewards, birthday offers and salon news. You can stop these at any time.
How long
Members and customers who agreed keep their details until they ask us to remove them. Other visit records are kept only as long as we need them for the service and our accounts, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Who sees it
Only our staff, and the service providers that help us run the salon (web hosting, SMS and email delivery). We never sell your data. Staff only see what their job needs.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
